Pray For Our Leaders, Whether We Like It Or Not - Your Identity In Christ (73) - January 23 2021

This week we speak about the importance of praying for those in leadership, in our jobs, but also in our cities and country where we live. The Apostle Paul implores Timothy in doing the same under his teaching. The program also highlights how we must understand the nature of the spiritual warfare going on daily in this fallen world, including in governments across the world, with Ephesians 6:12 teaching us that we do not war against a person (flesh and blood) but rather the evil schemes of satan and the demonic realm. This is why we must pray for our leaders so that the devil cannot achieve his aim of disunity, disarray, destruction and oppression of God’s creation.
