Thank you very much for considering to give. We believe the Lord will bless you in return for your cheerful giving, according to His Word (all the verses below are from the Amplified Classic Edition (AMPC):

Luke 6:38

Give, and [gifts] will be given to you; good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, will they pour into [the pouch formed by] the bosom [of your robe and used as a bag]. For with the measure you deal out [with the measure you use when you confer benefits on others], it will be measured back to you.

Forgiveness (Part 3) - Your Identity In Christ (76) - February 13 2021

Feb 13, 2021 S01 E76 00:24:53

How many of us regret our actions once we know the truth about a situation? If you had known the truth, would you have acted differently? Perhaps in love and forgiveness instead of reacting in anger, frustration, and other ways? Those who do know the truth are called to a higher standard. This higher standard requires love, patience, kindness gentleness, self-control, goodness, faithfulness, and more on our part. We must wait in the heart posture of grace and mercy until those acting under false understanding are given truth. Can any man do this? Well Jesus did and more.

We must forgive those who act in blindness of not having understanding of the love of Christ.

Luke 23v34 And Jesus prayed, Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.

Jesus wants people forgiven while in sin. Luke 6v35, 35 But love your enemies and be kind and do good [doing favors so that someone derives benefit from them] and lend, expecting and hoping for nothing in return but considering nothing as lost and despairing of no one; and then your recompense (your reward) will be great (rich, strong, intense, and abundant), and you will be sons of the Most High, for He is kind and charitable and good to the ungrateful and the selfish and wicked.

We forgive because, the lack of Gods character in their life causes the actions of different characteristics, which are of the devil. Jesus also said in John 8v44, " You are of your father, the devil, and it is your will to practice the lusts and gratify the desires [which are characteristic] of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a falsehood, he speaks what is natural to him, for he is a liar [himself] and the father of lies and of all that is false.

Chose this day whom you serve. Are your nature and character towards forgiving and loving people, of the character of the Devil or of the character of God? If you reacted too quickly and choose to serve the wrong Master, how should you be treated? Aren't you happy that we serve a forgiving, loving, merciful, patient God? A God who loves us enough to forgive us while we are sinning, to correct the lack of wisdom. I sure am grateful, how about you?
